PHASE 1 —SEED THE LAND
Timeline: Now – December 2026
In this first phase, we establish our roots through land stewardship, agricultural expansions, foundational repairs, and assembling our core team.
With your support, we will…
- Evolve our flagship 10-acre green off-grid healing property in Hilo, Hawai‘i, nestled between 2 rivers
- Cover deferred maintenance
- Improve vital infrastructure, such as sustainable water and land uses
- Increase agricultural uses, along with land and water sovereignty
- Prepare the property for small group immersions
- Invest in foundational tools for fundraising, community-building, and marketing
- Begin marketing our first 2026 immersions and fundraising events

PHASE 2 —ROOT INTO PLACE
Timeline: 2027 – 2028
In this phase, we begin shaping the village, laying both the physical and energetic groundwork for transformational healing immersions.

- Build Geodesic Eco-domes + off-grid systems (solar, water, compost)
- Bathhouses, eco-laundry, and movement spaces
- Stewardship & economic opportunities for Kānaka ‘Ōiwi (True People of Hawaiʻi) and Kānaka Maoli (Native, or People of the Bones)
- Offering cultural honorariums and land-based educational programs
- Ceremonial additions: temezcal/sauna, labyrinth, medicine wheel garden
- Animal integration: chickens, bunnies, goats, bees
- Launching the full suite of healing immersions
- Growing our greenhouse, seed library, and land stewardship capacity
- Establishing an emergency reserve

In this phase, we embody the sanctuary’s full potential, a regenerative eco-community for healing and remembrance.

- Remodel the main house into a full-service healing and retreat center
- Build sacred structures: acoustic sound temple, womb cave, art space, star deck
- Offer scholarships for marginalized and underserved families
- Deepen our team’s training, add roles in community care and outreach
- Develop open-source models to replicate the sanctuary globally
- Begin planning for a second site or sister sanctuary
- Enshrine long-term land stewardship protections and cultural co-leadership
