Aloha Beloved Community,

With open hearts, United Healing Center and the Hawai’i Healing Sanctuary invite you to join us in Hilo, Hawaiʻi for our First Annual Unity Day. A sacred gathering devoted to healing the waters of the Earth and the waters within ourselves.

Water is life.
Water is memory.
Water flows through our oceans, our rivers, our rain, and through our own bodies.

On Unity Day, we will come together in reverence and intention to:

💧 Offer gratitude to the living waters of this Earth
💧 Reflect on the sacred water within our bodies
💧 Practice stillness, simplicity, and renewal
💧 Commit ourselves to restoring healthy, living waters worldwide

In the spirit of Upavasa, “to sit near the Divine” or “to sit beside Nature”, participants may choose their own form of devotion for the day:

• Joining our community water blessing and gathering
• Practicing simplicity through light or whole foods
• Eating raw, plant-based foods for the day
• Reducing consumption and digital noise
• Or, for adults who feel called and are able, participating in a voluntary 24-hour water fast from the morning of June 2nd to the morning of June 3rd, 2026.

There is no single way to observe Unity Day. Presence is enough.

Together in Hilo, surrounded by rain, ocean, and flowing life, we will pause, listen, and realign ourselves with the waters that sustain all beings and all life.

May this be the first of many annual gatherings devoted to unity, restoration, and reverence.
