Tanya’s work begins with safety.
She supports individuals, families, and communities through life’s sacred transitions with steady presence and deep attunement. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that transformation cannot be forced—it is allowed. When the nervous system settles, the emotional body remembers how to move toward coherence on its own.
Healing, for Tanya, is relational. It unfolds through our connection to self, to one another, and to the living world that holds us. She bridges somatic intelligence and spiritual growth, creating grounded spaces where outdated narratives can soften and release—making room for alignment that feels embodied rather than aspirational.
Rather than offering solutions from the outside, Tanya partners with those she serves to co-create personalized pathways of restoration. Her integrative work draws from nervous system regulation practices, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), mindfulness, relational coaching, and intentional space-holding. Each modality is used not as a technique to “fix,” but as a support for remembering.
At the sanctuary, Tanya holds space for emotional integration, inner child healing, stress recovery, conscious relationship, and reconnection with land and lineage. Her presence invites a quiet return—to steadiness, to clarity, and to the wisdom already within.
